Can I get my money back if I cancel my booking?

Can I change my booking?

You can change your booking at any time. And if you booked, at a non-refundable rate, we will offer you a deferment.

How do I cancel a booking made via a booking platform (Booking, Expedia, etc.)?

We invite you to contact directly the platform you used to make your booking.

Can I have a meal at the hotel?

- Your continental buffet breakfast can be taken in your room (room service assortment). You also have the option of having them in our dining room under the glass roof or as a room service assortment.

- At lunchtime, you can have lunch in our restaurant from 12:00 to 14:00 on weekdays (and from 12:30 to 14:30 on weekends). In the evening, meet at our restaurant counter from 6pm to 11pm.


Arrival and departure

When do you manage check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out until 12am.

What happens if I arrive late at night?

The reception is open 24 hours a day. Please inform us by email at contact@chouchouhotel.com or by phone at +33 (0)1 87 44 54 79 in case of late arrival (after 10pm).

Can you check out after 12 o'clock?

Yes, it is possible to keep your room longer on request, with extra charge and subject to availability. For any information on this subject, please contact the reception the day before or the departure morning.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept the most common credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

What is your cancellation policy?

When making your reservation, please read the general terms and conditions carefully. The cancellation policy varies according to the rate booked.For information, you will find the best rates with the best conditions on our website.

What is the hotel's policy for children?

The hotel is delighted to welcome children. For this purpose, we have connecting rooms as well as adjoining rooms - ideal for families of up to 4 people and a baby up to 3 years of age - on request from our reservations department by email at contact@chouchouhotel.com or by telephone on 01.87.44.54.79.
The addition of a cot is available at no extra charge in the superior and deluxe room categories and in our suites.
The tourist tax is free for children up to 18 years of age.
Breakfast for children up to 12 years of age is charged at €10. A high chair for babies is available on request.

Is Wifi available?

High-speed Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the hotel free of charge.

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. on weekdays. It includes pastries and breads, cheeses and cold meats, fromage frais and fresh fruit. At weekends, breakfast is served until 11 a.m.

Is it possible to have gluten-free products for breakfast?

Gluten-free breakfast is available on request only.

Is it possible to have breakfast served in the room?

Yes, it is possible to offer you breakfast in your room from 7:00 am to 10:00 am and on request at the reception or at the restaurant.

Does the hotel have a dry cleaner?

Yes, we offer a dry-cleaning service to our customers for an extra charge. Linen left in the morning can be picked up the same evening. More information at the reception.

Does the hotel have a luggage room?

Yes, we provide our customers with a free luggage room, available 24 hours a day.

Does the hotel have an elevator?

Yes, 2 elevators are available. These can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.

Does the hotel have air conditioning?

Yes, we offer air conditioning in each of the rooms of the establishment.

Is it possible to have champagne or flowers in the room?

On request and at an additional cost, please contact reception or our reservations department at contact@chouchouhotel.com. We can provide you with bottles and glasses of Champagne in your room and/or reserve bouquets or flower petals for you.

Does the hotel offer a transportation or shuttle service?

No, but we can organize your transfers by shuttle or private service to Paris airports and train stations. On request at the reception desk.

Does the hotel have a parking lot?

We don't have parking but there is a parking lot near our hotel. For more information, please go directly to the reception.

RESTAURANT

Can we come and eat at any time?

The restaurant is open weekdays from 12pm to 2pm (and from 12:30pm to 2:30pm at weekends). Our restaurant reopens from 6pm Monday to Saturday.

How's it going?

Here, no fuss: at lunchtime, sit down in the restaurant and our teams will come and serve you at the table. In the evening, we offer "en veux-tu? en voilà! Cheeses from our regions, cochonailles and delicious seafood... Dinner is €22 and you're free to taste what you like as you like. We'll spoil you to your heart's content!

Can we make a reservation?

Yes, lunchtime reservations are possible. Not in the evening, but we'll always do our best to find you a nice spot in our 120-seat hall.

BATHES

What is a bath?

Our baths feature 3 individual atmospheres, including a Jacuzzi, a lounging area and a sensory shower. These are private spaces entirely dedicated to relaxation.

Is it possible to privatize a bath?

The baths are entirely private. They can be rented during your stay for 1h30, between 11am and 10pm, every day of the week.

Can I eat in a bath?

No, food is strictly forbidden in the baths.

Is it possible to order a drink in the bath?

Yes, a drinks card is included with the rental of the baths. It is permitted to bring drinks from outside the hotel, but a €25 corkage fee will be charged on arrival.
