RATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation or Change by the Customer:

Pursuant to Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Protection Code (Code de la consommation), the customer is hereby informed that he or she is not entitled to the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the aforementioned Code.

2. The terms and conditions of the booked rate specify the procedures for canceling and/or changing the reservation.

3. Reservations made with a prepayment cannot be changed or canceled. Prepaid deposits are non-refundable. In such cases, this will be noted in the terms and conditions for that rate plan.

4. Provided that the terms and conditions of the booked fare permit this:

• You can cancel your reservation directly on the website or through the mobile app in the “View or Cancel Reservation” section;

5. If the guest terminates the stay early, the full agreed-upon price will be retained. In the case of reservations requiring advance payment, no refund will be issued.
