TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR THIS RATE PLAN

Cancellation or modification by the customer:

1. The customer is reminded that, pursuant to Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, he or she does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the same Code.

2. The terms and conditions of the booked rate specify the procedures for canceling and/or modifying the reservation.

3. Reservations made with advance payment cannot be modified or canceled. Any amounts paid in advance as a deposit will not be refunded. In such cases, this is noted in the terms and conditions for that rate.

4. When the terms and conditions of the booked fare allow it:

• You can cancel your reservation directly on the Website or through the mobile apps using the "View or Cancel Your Reservation" section;
• You can make changes to your reservation directly with the hotel; the hotel's phone numbers are listed in the reservation confirmation sent by email.

5. If the guest cuts short their stay, the full agreed-upon amount will be charged. For reservations requiring advance payment, no refund will be issued.

6. Unless otherwise expressly stated, guests must check out of their room by 12:00 p.m. on the last day of their reservation. Otherwise, they will be charged for an additional night.
