RATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation or change by the guest:

1. In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the customer is reminded that he does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the same code.

2. The terms and conditions for the reserved rate specify the cancellation and/or change policies for the reservation.

3. Reservations made with prepayment cannot be changed or canceled. Prepaid amounts (deposits) are non-refundable. If applicable, this will be specified in the terms and conditions for that rate.

4. If the terms and conditions of the reserved fare permit:

• Reservations can be canceled directly through the website or mobile services under the "View or Cancel Your Reservation" section;
• Changes to the reservation can be made directly with the hotel; you will find the contact information in the reservation confirmation sent by email.

5. If the guest terminates the stay early, the full agreed-upon price will be charged. For reservations requiring prepayment, no refund will be issued in this case.

6. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the guest must vacate the room by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. Failure to do so will result in an additional night’s stay being charged.

7. Each reservation is personal and may not, under any circumstances, be transferred to a third party—neither free of charge, nor for a fee, nor for commercial purposes.
