The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to set forth the terms under which Chouchou Hôtel offers its services and enters into reservations with its customers. By making a reservation, the customer acknowledges that he has read and agrees to all of the provisions set forth below.

2. Description of Services
The hotel offers Single / Classic / Superior / Deluxe / Junior Suite / Deluxe Junior Suite / Suite rooms, each equipped with a bathroom, Japanese-style toilet, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. Additional services may be available, including breakfast, baths, and room service.
The hotel has a 4-star rating.

3. Rates and Taxes

• Prices are listed in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT), excluding tourist tax.
• The rates include only the services that are explicitly listed at the time of booking.
• The tourist tax, which is collected on behalf of the municipality, is €8.45 per night per adult.

4. Reservations and Payment

• Each reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or by paying a deposit.

• The remaining balance for the stay must be paid on site, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

5. Cancellation and Change Policies

• Terms and conditions vary depending on the selected rate and are specified during the booking process.
• Unless otherwise specified in the selected cancellation policy, cancellation is free up to 1 day
• If you do not check in by this time or fail to show up, you will be charged for the first night.

6. Arrival and Departure

• Rooms are available starting at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
• In the event of a late arrival, the guest must notify the hotel.

7. House Rules

• The entire hotel is smoke-free.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Guests agree to treat the accommodations with respect and not to disturb the peace and quiet of other guests.

8. Theft, Damage, and Lost Items

• The guest is responsible for any damage to, loss of, or theft of hotel property (e.g., hair dryer, door hanger, glass bottle, pillow, vase, umbrella, etc.) discovered during or after the stay.
• The hotel has the right to:
   
  • After informing the customer, charge the applicable amount to the credit card provided at the time of the reservation, in accordance with the authorization granted upon acceptance of these terms and conditions.
   
  • Demand full compensation for missing or damaged items, based on their replacement value.

9. Force Majeure
The hotel cannot be held liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure as defined in Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
