These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to define the terms and conditions under which Chouchou Hotel provides its services and finalizes reservations with its customers. The hotel offers Single / Classic / Superior / Deluxe / Junior Suite / Deluxe Junior Suite / Suite rooms, each equipped with a bathroom, Japanese-style toilet, Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV. Additional services are available: breakfast, spa treatments, and room service.
The hotel is rated 4 stars.

3. Fees and Taxes

• Prices are listed in euros (€), including taxes (VAT included), excluding the tourist tax.
• Rates include only the services specifically mentioned at the time of booking.
• The tourist tax, collected on behalf of the municipality, is €8.45 per night per adult.

4. Reservation and Payment

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or by paying a deposit.

• The balance for your stay is payable on site, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

5. Cancellation and Modification Policies

• The terms and conditions vary depending on the rate selected and are specified at the time of booking.
• Unless otherwise specified in the selected cancellation policy, cancellations are free of charge up to 1 day in advance.
• After this deadline, or in the event of a no-show, you will be charged for the first night.

6. Arrival and Departure

• Rooms are available starting at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
• If you expect to arrive late, you must notify the hotel.

7. Internal Regulations

• The facility is entirely smoke-free.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Guests agree to respect the premises and not to disturb the peace and quiet of other guests.

8. Theft, Damage, and Missing Items

• The guest is responsible for any damage to, loss of, or theft of items belonging to the property (e.g., hair dryers, door signs, glass bottles, pillows, vases, umbrellas, etc.) discovered during or after the stay.
• The hotel will be able to:
   
  • Charge the corresponding amount to the credit card provided at the time of booking, after notifying the customer, in accordance with the authorization granted upon acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
   
  • Demand a full refund for missing or damaged items, based on their replacement value.

9. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure, as defined in Article 1218 of the Civil Code.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
