These Terms and Conditions govern the terms under which the Chouchou Hotel provides its services and makes reservations with its customers. By making a reservation, the customer acknowledges that he or she has read and accepted the following terms in their entirety.

2. Service Description
The hotel offers rooms in the following categories: Single, Classic, Superior, Deluxe, Junior Suite, Deluxe Junior Suite, and Suite, all of which are equipped with a bathroom, a Japanese-style toilet, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. Additional services may be available, including breakfast, spa treatments, and room service.
The hotel is rated 4 stars.

3. Prices and Taxes

• Prices are listed in euros (€), including all taxes (including VAT), plus tourist tax.
• Prices include only the services that are explicitly listed at the time of booking.
• The visitor's tax, which is collected on behalf of the municipality, is €8.45 per night per adult.

4. Booking and Payment

• Each reservation must be guaranteed by a valid credit card or the payment of a deposit.

• The remaining balance for the stay must be paid on site, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

5. Cancellation and Change Policies

• The terms and conditions depend on the selected rate plan and will be provided at the time of booking.
• Unless otherwise specified in the selected cancellation policy, cancellations made up to 1 day in advance are free of charge.
• After this period has expired, or in the event of a no-show, the first night will be charged.

6. Check-in and Check-out

• Rooms are available starting at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
• If a guest is running late, they must notify the hotel in advance.

7. House Rules

• The entire hotel is a smoke-free area.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The guest agrees to treat the premises with care and not to disturb the peace and quiet of other guests.

8. Theft, Property Damage, and Missing Items

• The guest is liable for any damage, loss, or theft of items belonging to the hotel (e.g., hair dryers, door signs, glass bottles, pillows, vases, umbrellas, etc.), provided such incidents are discovered during or after the stay.
• The hotel reserves the right to:
   
  • After notifying the customer in advance, charge the corresponding amount to the credit card provided at the time of reservation, in accordance with the authorization granted upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
   
  • To demand full reimbursement for missing or damaged items based on their replacement value.

9. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations if such failure is attributable to an event of force majeure as defined in Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts at the hotel’s place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
