Can I get my money back if I cancel my booking?

Can I change my booking?

Your reservation can be changed at any time. However, if you have booked an NR rate, your reservation is non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

How do I cancel a booking made via a booking platform (Booking, Expedia, etc.)?

We invite you to contact directly the platform you used to make your booking.

Can I have a meal at the hotel?

- Your continental buffet breakfasts can be enjoyed in your room (assorted options available via room service). You also have the option of having them in our dining room under the glass roof or via assorted options available through room service.

- At lunchtime, you can eat in our restaurant from 12pm to 2pm on weekdays (and from 12:30pm to 2:30pm on weekends). In the evening, come to the bar of our restaurant from 6pm to 11pm.

- A room service option, prepared by an external kitchen, is available directly with the QR Code of your room (if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask at reception).

Is it possible to have separate beds in the bedrooms?

Some of our rooms can be configured with twin beds.

Can I choose the view from my room when booking?

View or floor preferences (street view, courtyard view or glass roof) cannot be guaranteed, but we always do our best to accommodate them according to availability.

What is the maximum number of people per room?

The Single room can accommodate a maximum of 1 person, while all other categories (Classic, Superior, Deluxe, Suite, Junior Suite Deluxe and Junior Suite) can accommodate up to 2 people.
Exception: children aged 0 to 3 years can share the room with their parents without counting towards the maximum capacity.

Do you provide baby cots?

Baby cots are available for children aged 0 to 3 from the Superior category upwards. For children over 3 years, an additional room must be booked.

What happens if I arrive late at night?

The reception is open 24 hours a day. Please inform us by email at contact@chouchouhotel.com or by phone at +33 (0)1 87 44 54 79 in case of late arrival (after 10pm).

Can you check out after 12 o'clock?

Yes, it is possible to keep your room longer on request, with extra charge and subject to availability. For any information on this subject, please contact the reception the day before or the departure morning.

Does the hotel have a luggage room?

Yes, we provide our guests with free luggage storage, available 24 hours a day, during their stay.

Is it possible to check in earlier than the 3pm check-in time?

The hotel offers early check-in before 3pm, subject to availability and a supplement of €80.

What is the hotel's policy for children?

The hotel is very happy to welcome children. For this, we have connecting rooms as well as adjoining rooms – ideal for families of up to 4 people and a baby of up to 3 years old – upon request to our reservations department by email at contact@chouchouhotel.com or by telephone at 01.87.44.54.79.
Adding a baby cot is free of charge and available in superior, deluxe room categories and our suites.
Tourist tax is free for children up to 18 years old.
Breakfast is priced at €22 for both children and adults.
A high chair for babies is available upon request.

Do you accept pets?

No, animals are not allowed.

What is the policy of the chambers?

The rooms are non-smoking, therefore the applicable fee in case of non-compliance or damage is €200.

Is Wifi available?

High-speed Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the hotel free of charge.

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. on weekdays. It includes pastries and breads, cheeses and cold meats, fromage frais and fresh fruit. At weekends, breakfast is served until 11 a.m.

Is it possible to have gluten-free products for breakfast?

Gluten-free breakfast is available on request only.

Is it possible to have breakfast served in the room?

Yes, it is possible to offer you breakfast in your room from 7:00 am to 10:00 am and on request at the reception or at the restaurant.

Does the hotel have a dry cleaner?

Yes, we offer a dry-cleaning service to our customers for an extra charge. Linen left in the morning can be picked up the same evening. More information at the reception.

Does the hotel have a luggage room?

Yes, we provide our guests with free luggage storage, available 24 hours a day, during their stay.

Does the hotel have an elevator?

Yes, 2 elevators are available. These can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.

Does the hotel have air conditioning?

Yes, we offer air conditioning in each of the rooms of the establishment.

Is it possible to have champagne or flowers in the room?

On request and at an additional cost, please contact reception or our reservations department at contact@chouchouhotel.com. We can provide you with bottles and glasses of Champagne in your room and/or reserve bouquets or flower petals for you.

Does the hotel offer a transportation or shuttle service?

No, but we can arrange your transfers by shuttle or private service to the airports (CDG and Orly) and train stations in Paris, upon request at reception. In addition, we offer a bespoke taxi service departing from the hotel, tailored to your needs.

Does the hotel have a parking lot?

We do not have our own parking, but there is a car park near our hotel (the Meyerbeer Opera car park, located just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. Car park address: Q-Park Meyerbeer Opéra – 4 rue de la Chaussée d'Antin, 75009 Paris). For more information, please go directly to reception.

RESTAURANT

Can we come and eat at any time?

The restaurant is open weekdays from 12pm to 2pm (and from 12:30pm to 2:30pm at weekends). Our restaurant reopens from 6pm Monday to Saturday.

How's it going?

No fuss here, just sit down in the restaurant at lunchtime and our team will serve you at your table. On Mondays, we offer a set menu for €15 per person as a light meal (please contact the restaurant for more information).
In the evening, we offer a "what do you want? you get!" selection of regional cheeses, charcuterie, and delicious seafood. Dinner is €26, and you're free to enjoy whatever you like, however you like. We'll treat you to a feast tailored to your tastes, with no limits!

BATHES

What is a bath?

Our baths feature 3 individual atmospheres, including a Jacuzzi, a lounging area and a sensory shower. These are private spaces entirely dedicated to relaxation.

Is it possible to privatize a bath?

The baths are entirely private. They can be rented during your stay for 1h30, between 11am and 10pm, every day of the week.

Can I eat in a bath?

No, food is strictly forbidden in the baths.

Is it possible to order a drink in the bath?

Yes, the rental of the baths includes a drinks menu. You are allowed to bring outside drinks into the hotel; however, a corkage fee of €25 will be applied upon your arrival.
